Without doubt, one of the top courses in Europe, San Lorenzo is reserved exclusively for guests of Dona Filipa Hotel and Formosa Park Hotel, who can book tee times in advance at very favourable rates.. A truly superb championship course, it enjoys a spectacular setting bordering the Ria Formosa Conservation Area, with water coming into play on 6 of its holes.

The course was designed by the American golf architect Joseph Lee and the beautiful Bermuda grass fairways provide perfect playing conditions.

The San Lorenzo Golf Course is laid out in a figure of eight and at the heart lies the San Lorenzo Clubhouse with a golf pro shop; comfortable changing facilities; welcoming bar and restaurant.

The signature hole, the par-4 18th, is one of the most memorable finishing holes to be found anywhere.
